Le son du kamélé n’goni – harpe d’Afrique de l’ouest – accompagne un répertoire inspiré de la tradition des griots mandingues, conteurs de récits. Accompagné par le balafon, la guitare, la basse et les percussions, Aboubakar Traoré et ses Balima proposent un show festif d’une grande qualité musicale.

The voice and the music of Aboubakar Traoré journey between tradition and modernity. He denounces the daily struggles of his people in Burkina Faso and pays tribute to the elders who left their mark on the history of his country and on Africa. The sound of the kamélé n’goni – West African harp – accompanies a repertoire inspired by the tradition of the Mandinka griots, storytellers. Accompanied by the balafon, the guitar, the bass and the percussion, Aboubakar Traoré and his Balima offer us a festive show of great musical quality.
